I just have to laugh at everybody who watches these and cries foul. First off, the internet can be a very informative place to find information. I Googled "breaking glass with sound waves" and this was the first result: (http://www.physlink.com/education/askexperts/ae479.cfm).

Second: This is possible. Not only with speakers, but with the human voice as well. Sound waves can be used to break a number of things, including bone, as just about everything resonates at a certain frequency. It's all about finding that frequency and then applying enough volume to it to overcome the natural resistance of the object you are trying to break to the point where the object basically can't keep up with the sound waves and breaks.
